Akash Aggarwal is an experienced Implementation Manager, Solution Architect, and IT Management Consultant with a passion for startups. With over 10 years of experience in project management, he has successfully led teams from the conceptualization stage to execution and delivery. Akash is a visionary leader with a proven track record of providing direction, strategy, and vision in the areas of technology and product development to facilitate growth. Currently, Akash serves as the Head of IT for India at meticulosity, where he is responsible for analyzing client requirements, defining scope and activities, delivering projects on time, and providing post-delivery maintenance support. He manages and leads the India branch, allocating resources to projects during the project lifecycle, administering the staff, and providing technical solutions to clients' complex requirements. He also coordinates with the DevOps team for server management. Prior to his current role, Akash worked as a Technical Project Manager at imperto solutions pvt. ltd, where he oversaw multiple projects across all phases of development, collaborated with developers to plan project sprints, developed status reports, cost estimates, and resource plans. He also trained team members on development processes, coordinated with clients to gather requirements and manage expectations, and was responsible for sales management, customer relationship management, and delivery management. Akash also founded and served as CEO of Laavino Technologies Pvt. Ltd., where he successfully established and built a software engineering and development company providing solutions to a variety of companies' business and operational needs. He delivered high-quality, cost-efficient technological solutions to clients, managed all aspects of business and project development from initial requirements to final testing and delivery, and successfully led a team of software developers and designers. Akash holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from GGSIPU, an MBA in IT and Computer Application from Madurai Kamaraj University, and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) and Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Delhi University. He also attended DAV Public School. Akash's technical expertise includes Senior Software Engineering, DevOps, and Testing.
