Akash Gosain is a highly ambitious and motivated individual with a passion for industrial research. He is currently working as a Software Development Engineer II at Dell EMC, where he is responsible for building high-performance low latency software solutions for storage systems. Akash completed his Masters in Computer Science with a focus on machine learning and Information security from IIIT Delhi. Akash is an avid learner and is always on the lookout for new and exciting opportunities. He is interested in algorithms, distributed systems, security, and machine learning at scale, especially in the intersection of these fields. With over 6 years of relevant experience, Akash has a strong foundation in software engineering, ML, Python, and research science. Prior to his current role, Akash worked as a Graduate Intern at Dell, where he explored machine learning for cloud technologies. He also worked with Cloud Tiering Appliance (CTA) team developing a brand new product. Akash has also worked as a Teaching Assistant at Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology, Delhi. Akash's educational background includes a Master of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from IIIT Delhi, a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from G.B. Pant Engineering College, and High School and Secondary School education from St. Mary's Senior Secondary School in Delhi.
