Akash Jha is a seasoned Sr. Strategy Consultant at CitiusTech with over 9 years of relevant experience. He is a graduate of the prestigious University of Pune, where he obtained his Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering with distinction. He later pursued an MBA in Information Technology from the National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE), one of the top 10 institutions in India for Management studies, where he graduated as "First Class with Distinction." Akash's expertise lies in developing new market strategies and products, responding to technology RFP/RFIs, research, solution design, multi-team coordination, and client presentations. He has a deep understanding of US healthcare regulations from CMS, ONC, and technical standards such as FHIR, CCDA, XML, and HL7. His key focus areas are interoperability, data management, cloud, RPA, devices, and AI/ML as applied to the healthcare technology space. Akash has developed long-term strategy and new product offerings in the fields of regulations, interoperability, reporting, and cloud. He acts as a Product Owner for a Cloud-agnostic monitoring, management, and compliance platform, performing roles such as features inception, metrics design, UI/UX guidance, development, and coordination. He is also an experienced Business Analyst for BI Clinical, CitiusTech's flagship BI product, where he assisted in annual upgrades, KPI design, UI/UX enhancements, and implementation for one of the largest Kidney Care providers in the world. Akash's technical skills include AWS, SQL, Python, Bash, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and Siebel CRM. He is further endorsed with leading Certifications from AWS, ITIL V3, PRINCE2 Project Management, Lean Six-Sigma, Business Analytics from BCS, Quantitative analysis in Excel, Data Science, and Machine Learning using Python, and a Microsoft Certified Professional in MS Project 2013.
