Akash Pawar is a Software Engineer with over 2 years of industry experience. He is a problem solver and a lifelong learner who is passionate about combining both passions to make his job meaningful and exciting. Akash has a background in computer science with a focus on problem-solving skills, system designs, and the ability to learn coding languages and platforms as needed. Currently, Akash is working as a Content Writer at Scaler Academy, where he is part of a small team focused on building an automated underwriting system called "Sapiens Underwriting Pro" (SUP). He has been involved in developing large-scale features and services throughout the complete software development life cycle. Akash's experience includes general programming with OOP's languages like C#, Java, and Python, as well as front-end technologies like JavaScript, Angular, and React. In his previous role as a Software Engineer at Sapiens, Akash worked on critical aspects of the SUP product, including load balancing with web farms in IIS server, developing and implementing up-to-the-minute “Servicing Agent Module” end-to-end, implementing REST API’s using Pilotfish platform for multiple Acord transactions, and modifying the existing MIB workflow of the product to deal with follow-up requests and responses without user intervention. Akash has a PG-DAC degree in Software Engineering from the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) and a B.E. in Electronics and Communications Engineering from M.S. Bidve Engineering College, Latur. His tech stack includes Software Engineering, Web, JavaScript, Frontend, Python, Java, and AngularJS. When not working or learning, Akash enjoys spending time with a circle of acquaintances. He is a great communicator and collaborates well with Business Analysts, Stakeholders, and teams to discuss project goals, requirements, and timelines.
