Akash Puri is a passionate and driven Solution Architect with over 8 years of experience in product development and user experience design. He believes that passion is the key to success and that one should always pursue their dreams, no matter how busy they are. Akash started his journey in technology with a small blog on Blogspot seven years ago and has since worked hard to climb to the top of the technology tree. He has a good command over various website technologies, with NodeJS, GoLang, React, and PHP being his personal favorites. He has worked closely with IIT-IIM Alumni, who are currently founders of expanding startups, and has led technology teams for startups like Ziffyhomes, SVAgri, Glimray, and Channelier. Akash's expertise in FrontEnd technologies includes React, Angular, Javascript/Jquery, Bootstrap, HTML/HTML5, and CSS/CSS3. He is also proficient in BackEnd technologies such as NodeJS, GoLang, PHP, and Python, and has experience working with databases like MongoDB, MySql, and Postgress. He has worked with frameworks like ExpressJS, Django, Pyramid, Laravel, Codeigniter, Opencart, and Wordpress. In his college days, Akash participated in various website designing competitions at college and national levels. He was a finalist in IBM The Great Mind Challenge 2012 and was awarded by IBM for creating a smart online vegetable market. He also participated in IBM The Great Mind Challenge 2011, created a Job Card Printing System for Indian Railway, and won Genero'12 Website Designing Competition. Currently, Akash is working as a Solutions Architect at Meta, where he is responsible for designing and developing solutions for Ads and Video OTT. He has previously worked as a Solutions Architect at Facebook, onsite via Collebera, and Accedo.tv, providing technical solutions and consultancy to OTT video service providers to media and telecommunication companies across APAC. Akash holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Information Technology from ABES, where he graduated in 2014. He also completed his high school education in science from Vivekanand School in 2010. Overall, Akash is a skilled and passionate Solution Architect with a strong background in product development and user experience design.
