He administered key technologies like IBM Cloud Virtual Routing Appliance, Citrix Netscaler, Fortinet Forigates, IBM Cloud VPC, New Relic, Luna HSM, Vmware vSphere, and VPN. Akash has also worked as a Content Security Tac-Tier 4 at Cisco, where he secured internet email and web proxies for enterprise customers. He worked with Cisco customers for ESA TAC issues and provided automation solutions for issue detection with TAC Automation Gateways. He built automation tools for engineers to help accelerate the issue detection process and mentored and trained on InfoSec Domain. Akash holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from SRM University and completed his high school from Guru Nanak Mission Public School Paonta Sahib H.P.
