Akbar developed and implemented new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics and continually assessed current business distribution channels. Akbar holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from SRM University and completed his schooling from St. Thomas Boys' School. He is skilled in customer relationship management, project management, sales strategy, and business development. Akbar is a proactive individual who develops a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors. He helps customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share, and in-person meetings.
