Akhil Jiji is a tech-focused Co-Founder at Deulect, a software service company that specializes in React Native, Flutter, and Python/Django projects. He has a passion for working with underdogs and micro-startups, and his goal is to help businesses grow and thrive. Akhil has experience with startups of all types, using every major language, platform, and operating system. He has built a software service company from just an idea through his tech-focused cofounder to a 10 staff organization within a few months. He has also launched a strategic management and business planning firm providing in-depth consulting services to a variety of clients. In the last few years, Akhil has been focused on cross-platform application development primarily in React Native. He has native skills in Swift 5, Java, Kotlin, Objective C, hybrid skills in React Native, Flutter, and server-side skills in Laravel, PHP, Node.JS, Mongo DB, and Firebase. As a Co-Founder at Deulect, Akhil is responsible for leveraging agile software development methodologies throughout the product life cycle with the development team. He actively participates in scrum meetings, generates user stories, and prioritizes product backlog. He is also responsible for the product roadmap regarding new concepts for future enhancements and features. Akhil has previously worked as a Software Engineer at Techware and Sayone Technologies. At Techware, he designed the overall architecture of the applications, maintained quality, and ensured responsiveness of applications. At Sayone Technologies, he delivered 10+ iOS and tvOS applications with a small team size in which few of the projects are single-handed. Akhil holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science Engineering from Tamilnadu College of Engineering and completed his Junior High/Intermediate/Middle School Education and Teaching from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya. Overall, Akhil has 7.18 years of relevant experience in React Native, mobile, software engineering, Flutter, research, JavaScript, PHP, MongoDB, web, senior software engineering, iOS, Python, and Django.
