Akhil Sharma is a highly skilled software engineer with over 5 years of experience in designing and developing Contact Center/IVR & Backend solutions using AWS, Golang, Oracle Fusion Middleware (OSB/BPEL), and JAVA. Currently working with Barclays as a Software Developer, Akhil is responsible for building Voice Bio solutions that ease the customer experience using Voice Channel seamlessly. Prior to joining Barclays, Akhil worked with Amdocs as a Software Developer where he honed his skills in Agile Methodology, Java, Oracle Middleware, Python, SQL, and Unix. He also worked as an Intern at Nagarro where he attended a 3-week Bootcamp. Akhil holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science from Guru Nanak Dev University. He completed his high school education in Non-Medical from DAV Senior Secondary School, Amritsar. Akhil is proficient in a wide range of technologies including Software Engineering, AWS, Golang, SQL, Backend, and Java. He is a quick learner, a team player, and has a strong work ethic.
