Akhil Tripathi is a seasoned technology professional with over 7 years of experience in the industry. He is currently the Co-Founder and CTO of Exly, an innovative platform that empowers creators to become entrepreneurs. Backed by Y Combinator and top VCs, Exly is a one-stop solution for independent professionals, artists, and influencers to launch, manage, and grow their businesses online. Before Exly, Akhil co-founded MyScoot, a platform that connects people through home-hosted social experiences. As the CTO of MyScoot, Akhil led the development of the platform and helped the company secure funding from top VCs globally. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, MyScoot was paused, and Akhil shifted his focus to Exly. Akhil's experience also includes working as a Tech Lead at Cerebry, an AI-based exam preparation platform for students, teachers, and edutech companies. At Cerebry, Akhil developed the Android app from scratch, worked on the training question generation model, and wrote the adaptive learning-based backend using the State Design Pattern in Django. He also developed a dynamic database system for the app that allows for updates without releasing new versions. Akhil holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Systems from BITS Pilani and completed his high school education in Computer Science from Citi Montessori School. He is skilled in Android, AI, Backend, Django, and is a Senior Software Engineer. Akhil's passion for building products for mass welfare is evident from his work at Exly and MyScoot. He has been recognized as one of the BITSAA 30 under 30 and is committed to leveraging technology to create a positive impact on society.
