Akhila Uppuluri is a Software Development Engineer II at Walmart with a keen interest in AI/ML technologies. With a passion for learning new things, Akhila has worked on various web development projects using ReactJS and NodeJS. Currently, she is focused on Site Reliability and hopes to gain more knowledge in this area. Before joining Walmart, Akhila worked as a Software Developer at Agile Solutions. During her time there, she was involved in the development of an Expert System project, which utilized NLP, Deep Learning, Flask, and Machine Learning. She was responsible for building a ML model that predicts diseases based on the symptoms entered by the user. Akhila was also involved in building a Cloud Migration Tool that utilized GCP and JavaScript. She was responsible for building the Schema parser and identifying and extracting information from Schema codes for migration to GCP buckets. Akhila also has experience working at EPAM Systems as part of their Pre-Education Program, where she gained hands-on programming knowledge and was introduced to best coding standards and software engineering excellence. She achieved a "Diploma Certificate" in the EPAM PEP Program. Akhila's education background includes a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from KL University, which she completed in 2022. Her technical skills include Software Engineering, AI, ML, Deep Learning, Web Development, NLP, GCP, NodeJS, SRE, JavaScript, ReactJS, and Flask.
