Akhilesh Kaul is a seasoned HR professional with over a decade of global work experience across diverse sectors, including technology, pharmaceuticals, and FMCG. He has a strong background in compensation and benefits, performance management, HR analytics, and talent management. Currently, Akhilesh is the Vice President of Sales HR at Tata Consumer Products, where he leads the delivery of all HR domain areas for the India sales organization, including talent acquisition, performance management, incentive design, training and development, employee engagement, rewards and recognition, and employee communication. Prior to his current role, Akhilesh held several leadership positions at Cipla and Infosys, where he was responsible for leading compensation and benefits, performance management, HR analytics, and policy formulation. At Cipla, he was the Lead Corporate HR for the India Business, where he managed compensation design and administration, annual salary review process, market benchmarking, performance management design and implementation, HR due diligence, and reward and recognition framework design and administration. At Infosys, he was part of the corporate compensation and benefits team, where he was responsible for rolling out the expat compensation structure, policy formulation and review, managing the executive compensation and India compensation review cycle, and design and deployment of the global compensation model. Akhilesh has a PMIR degree from XLRI and a BE in Electronics and Communication from Thapar University. He also has experience as a Senior Software Engineer and in Integration.
