Akshat Marathe is a software engineer at Nvidia, a leading AI computing platform for GPU-accelerated parallel processing in mobile embedded systems. With a degree in Electronics, Akshat has a strong background in Python, Embedded Systems, Data Analytics, and C/C++. He has worked on Jetson-Tegra based AI-OnEdge embedded platforms and has experience in Aerospace domain on embedded systems used in aerospace and avionics. Akshat has also serviced and studied advanced weighing scales during a month-long internship at Yamato Scales India Pvt. Ltd. Akshat is a joyful learner and is interested in programming languages, robotics, sensors, and embedded system designing. He is passionate about computer hardware technologies, desktop assembling, and developing new state-of-the-art technologies that support nature and society. He has experience with Analog circuits, MATLAB, OrCAD, NI LabVIEW, and NI Multisim for data acquisition during his graduate studies. In his free time, Akshat likes to watch reviews on new gadgets and computer hardware tech, travel to new places, and play e-sports. Prior to joining Nvidia, Akshat worked as a software engineer at L&T Technology Services, providing engineering services to Fortune 500 companies through various verticals viz. Digital Engineering, Industrial Automation, Consumer Electronics, and Transportation. He also worked at Collins Aerospace, an organization that mainly focuses on manufacturing and development of critical software and hardware control systems for aircraft. Akshat holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Yeshwantrao Chavan College of Engineering. He has also attended The Swaminarayan School and St. Xavier's School. Akshat's major skills include Python, C/C++, Javascript, Java, OrCAD, MATLAB, and LabVIEW.
