Prior to his current role, Akshat has worked as an R&D Intern at Sony, where he was part of a 24-member core managerial team entrusted with the task of streamlining internships for over 2000+ students. His responsibilities included contacting 250+ universities to facilitate international research exposure among students, developing a framework to analyze the interests of 120+ students for their preferred fields, and forging new relationships with leaders across 200+ firms to target sectors like R&D, FMCG, IT sectors & universities across the world and convincing them to join the recruiting process. Akshat has also worked as a Digital Design Intern at STMicroelectronics. Akshat has an impressive educational background, having earned a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. He also holds a Minor in Computer Science and Engineering from the same institution. Akshat completed his secondary education from Delhi Public School.
