Akshay Bengani is a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer currently working at Cashee, where he specializes in building scalable and production-quality apps for IOS and Android platforms. With a keen interest in Fintech, Akshay is part of a team at Cashee that is developing a financial product specially designed for kids aged 13-21 to elevate financial education among teens and young adults. Prior to joining Cashee, Akshay worked as a Software Engineer at Rirev, where he designed and built highly scalable apps and in-app microservices using Hasura for the power of Postgres database and GraphQL for reliable and quick database calls. He worked in a team with the tech stack of Rails, AWS, Hasura, and Flutter with an objective to scale and attract new users on the platform. Akshay also worked on Flutter Projects with Hasura and Rails backend for E-Commerce and Fintech applications. The applications he built are highly scalable, responsive, and remotely configured apps with Admin panels with real-time data streams. Akshay has learned and experimented with a lot of different technologies for very different daily tasks and bugs to solve and make as abstracted codebase as he can. Before joining Rirev, Akshay also worked as a Freelance Developer at Motion Institute Kota, Kolkata Center, where he developed a Flutter Application for the largest Annual Youth Festival Kota Carnival 2020. The application was designed for vendors making transactions using a barcode scanner with students having token barcodes. The mobile app was designed for vendors collecting token amount by scanning student barcode IDs using a barcode scanner. Akshay holds a Master's degree in Computer Applications from Jaipur National University, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Application from JECRC, and a High School degree in Computers from K.D. Jain Public School. He has relevant experience of 1.35 years and is proficient in Software Engineering, Flutter, AWS, Mobile, iOS, Ruby, Microservices, Postgres, Backend, and Android.
