Akshay Bhatnagar is a seasoned intellectual property (IP) business strategist and licensing expert with over 13 years of experience in developing IP licensing strategies, conducting M&A due diligence around IP licensing contracts, and negotiating strategic partnerships' deal structures. Currently serving as a Senior Manager for North America Licensing in the Client Line of Business at Arm, Akshay is responsible for managing strategic product partnerships and licensing of Arm's CPUs, GPUs, and NPUs in consumer products such as smartphones, laptops, tablets, XR/VR, and STB/DTV across North America partners. Akshay's expertise in IP licensing has been honed through his work at Arm, where he has held various positions, including Manager of North America Licensing in the Client Line of Business. Prior to joining Arm, Akshay served as Assistant Vice President of Intellectual Property at Unitedlex, where he worked for the company's IP Business Unit (iRunway). Akshay holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and has completed a summer internship in Radio Frequency Identification (RFId) at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
