At Harness, Akshay's responsibilities include providing technical guidance and best practices as a subject matter expert for Harness and underlying technologies being used by customers, providing incident management and customer problem resolution, and troubleshooting and replicating issues while collaborating closely with engineering teams to provide solutions. Akshay has a strong background in SRE, DevOps, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, and Python. He has experience as a DevSecOps Engineer at Medlife and as a Customer Success Engineer at Harness. Akshay has also worked as a Research Scientist, where he was responsible for developing and implementing new technologies to improve system performance and reliability. Akshay holds a Master's degree in Computer Applications with a specialization in Data Science and Cloud Computing from PES University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Programming, Specific Applications from Basaveshwar Science College, Bagalkot. He also has a background in Pre-University Education from Basaveshwar Science College, Bagalkot, and Senior Secondary High School from BIPS Bagalkot.
