Akshay Garg is a Senior Consultant at PwC India with over 7 years of experience in HR technology and transformation. Akshay has a keen eye for identifying culture, policy, and technical gaps in HR processes, including recruitment, employee lifecycle, competency framework, learning and development, performance management, succession, and social collaboration. Akshay has spearheaded adoption strategies through training sessions and communication plans for revamped processes, and is currently leading a multi-country HR transformation project to design harmonized processes for talent management.
