Leadership:
Responsible to lead multiple QA teams that participate in individual scrum teams to build the new product: Castlight Action and launch customers on it. As a QA lead, my role is to participate in the CAB(change approval board) for the monthly deployments, formulate test plans, track status and raise risks in the Scrum of scrums etc.

The product is based on predictive analytics engine and resides on Pivotal Greenplum DB. The QA teams work on the below skill sets and areas:
1. ETL and Report testing in Greenplum DB(from Mysql which is the legacy system). 
2. UI testing(The front end is a Django and Angular webapp on Postgres)
3. Services and data configuration testing: The role is individual contributor and I participate in a scrum team along with another 2 resources that I manage.
4. Test Automation: Selenium - Page object model.

Individual contributor:
 Services and data configuration testing: Build and maintain a database validation framework in mysql that runs every day from a continuos integration server using Jenkins and reports the pass/final conditions.

1. Lead the offshore team in managing the monthly launches(Non R&D)
2. Participate in the scrum team that builds the Rewards module.
3. Act as product manager for the internal tools which are needed to build for QA testing(Account profiles, Test account management tool, etc) 
4. Participate in the CAB(Change approval Baoard) represeting the QA team for Go/No Go decision based on the health of the application, defect triage etc.
5. Triage CIB(customer identified bugs) to find the root cause and direct them to appropriate teams.

• Participate in the engineering management meetings and provide the status and risks of various projects/implementations.
• Participate in the Scrum teams, analyze the data received from various sources and report it to the various teams and management.
• Develop testing strategy and test plan outline various capabilities of the testing process.
