He developed a plan for promoting and selling retail and corporate banking digital products and conducted a walk-in customer survey for perception and ease of use of digital platforms. Akshay also conducted a drive for pushing walk-in customers to the digital platform and converted 5 personal loans, 4 credit cards, and hot lead of 10 lac fixed deposit. Akshay holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Goa Institute of Management, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Govt. of Goa College of Engineering, and completed his schooling at Mahila and Nutan English High School.
