Prior to this, Akshay worked as an Associate Product Manager at bearbook, where he played a key role in enhancing the product user experience with UX writing and worked with the design team to improve the user's onboarding experience. He also worked on user pattern analysis to design new features for CRM and developed the "Tag" and "Filter" feature to simplify user's work with records in CRM. Akshay's efforts helped 300+ customers to onboard successfully, and he also worked on Email marketing and Quora to spread awareness about Bearbook CRM. Before his role as an Associate Product Manager, Akshay worked as a Software Developer at bearbook, where he built the CRM by working with the technical head. He learned about product development and user experience by working with the technical and design team and designed the UI for the CRM help center. Akshay holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Gujarat Technological University.
