Akshay Raje is a seasoned People & Culture Leader with over a decade of experience in various functions within Human Resources. He has worked with some of the top companies in the industry, including Scaler, Fab.com, Ernst & Young, Citi Group, and Asian Paints. He is currently leading the People & Culture team at Scaler Academy, an online tech-versity for the top 1% of software developers in the country. Akshay has also held Lead Software Engineering roles at Pepo, Moxie, and WordLift in the past. At WordLift, he was responsible for planning and specing product development tasks, coordinating development tasks, and overseeing the development of releases. At OST/Pepo, he led front-end engineering for the token sale event, blockchain explorer for OST side-chain, and branded token minting dashboard. He also led the front-end engineering for PepoCampaigns, an email marketing app built on top of AWS SES. Akshay has a strong educational background, with a PGD in Human Resources from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) and a BMS in Management, HR, Finance, and Marketing from the University of Mumbai. He is skilled in a variety of tech stacks, including Frontend, AI, Ethereum, AWS, Blockchain, Software Engineering, Senior Software Engineering, Tokenization, NodeJS, and Javascript.
