Akshaya Appasaheb Katti is an experienced Embedded Developer with 8.1 years of professional experience in the electronics and networking domain. He is currently working as an Integration Engineer Systems/Software[ADAS] at Continental, where he is involved in testing basic functionality testing, voltage limits, temperature limits, system state transition, vehicle dynamics, and error management tests for the ADAS Advanced Radar Sensors (77Ghz). Akshaya is also responsible for testing hardware software interface for radar products, Python automation using PCAN, and power supply and MTS automation by generating CAPL DLL and integrating with CANOE. He is proficient in using tools such as CANOE, CAPL, Tektronix oscilloscope, Radar Target Stimulator, MTS, Visual Studio, and DEDITEC PCAN. In his previous role at Continental Automotive Systems (ADAS), Akshaya worked as an Integration Engineer Software [ADAS], where he was involved in RTE generation and integration of BSW modules (CAN, DIAG, DEM, DCM, etc.). He also integrated the radar algorithm and performed integration testing to check basic functionalities/interfaces as per customer requirements. Akshaya prepared the integration test plan and performed integration testing, supported module testing for developers (Cantata), and set up Jenkins Node for automated building, flashing, and testing in a Continuous Integration environment. Akshaya has also worked as an Embedded Software Developer at BlackBerry, where he mainly worked on protocol testing for LTE: MAC layer (3gpp 36.321 spec). He is proficient in using tools such as Eclipse, P4V, LogR, and C-based test scripts. Akshaya holds a Master's degree in Embedded Systems from the University of Leeds and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Vishveshwaraiah Technological University.
