Akshaya Babu is an experienced Analyst currently working at Fulcrum Private Equity. Prior to joining Fulcrum Private Equity, Akshaya worked as a Firmware Developer at Johnson Controls where she was responsible for firmware development for fire alarm panels and associated detection systems. She also established cloud connectivity to Zettler fire panel using gateways and built devices that offer green power solutions to achieve sustainable energy efficiency. In addition to her work experience, Akshaya has also been a Delegate at the Harvard Project for Asian and International Relations (HPAIR) where she participated in the 'Environment and Sustainability' panel. During her time at HPAIR, Akshaya interacted with a number of key experts and analyzed the causes and solutions to Climate Change.
