Akshaya Bagwe is a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with over 7 years of experience in HR practices, sourcing and recruiting at various levels. Currently serving as Senior Executive Human Resources at CitiusTech, she is passionate about finding people careers rather than just jobs. Akshaya's career journey began as an HR Recruiter at Capgemini, where she gained valuable experience in talent acquisition. She later moved on to R2R Consults, where she served as a Recruitment Specialist. Her expertise in recruitment and HR practices continued to grow, eventually leading her to her current role at CitiusTech. Akshaya holds an Advance Diploma in Pharmaceutical Business Management from MET, Bandra, a Diploma in Human Resource from PGDHRM from Welingkar Institute of Management, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Mumbai. She also attended Sacred Heart High School in Worli.
