Akshita Das Adhikary is an accomplished HR professional with expertise in end-to-end HR operations. She has experience in boolean and x-ray search and has previously worked as an HR recruiter for HOPS Healthcare, hiring for both IT and non-IT profiles using traditional hiring techniques. Akshita has a great exposure to the HR profile from hiring to termination and retention of prospective candidates interested in any profile. Akshita started her career as a BGV Expert for Aegis Pvt Limited, conducting background verification for candidates hired for IT profiles for a number of Indian IT companies. She has also worked in Concentrix as Technical Support and has been an active member of National TPO Club, attending their sessions regularly. Akshita is a lifelong learner who is always seeking perfection in whatever she does. She is pursuing various HR certifications and has completed a few certifications provided by LinkedIn related to her specialization. Currently, she is working as a Human Resources Executive at Amorys Technologies. With a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Mumbai University, Akshita has relevant experience of 1.52 years.
