Alangkrita N. is a hardworking and empathetic HR Operations professional with a hunger for learning. She pursued a Masters in Applied Psychology to help people who are demotivated and depressed, which led her to enroll in a PGDM program to get a flavor of the corporate world. She has previously worked as a Human Resources Executive for The Ally Venture and as a Human Resources Intern for The Capital Box. Alangkrita's experience in different organizations has given her a broad perspective on HR Operations, enabling her to handle complex situations with ease. Alangkrita has a strong educational background, having completed a PGDM in HR from ITS Ghaziabad, an M.A. in Applied Psychology from Women's College Calcutta affiliated to the University of Calcutta, and a B.A. Hons in Psychology from Jogamaya Devi College (University of Calcutta). Her educational qualifications have equipped her with the necessary skills to understand human behavior and handle complex situations.
