Alapan Mondal is a highly motivated and skilled individual with a passion for Blockchain and Metaverse technologies. Currently a Technical Lead at HCL, Alapan has over half a year of relevant experience in the field. Alapan's expertise in Blockchain is evident from his Tech Stack, which includes Blockchain, Senior Software Engineer, Software Engineer, and product designer. He is fully immersed in the latest developments in the field and is always eager to learn more. Alapan is a student at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bhubaneshwar, where he is pursuing a Dual Degree in Mechanical Engineering + Thermal Science & Engineering. He is expected to graduate in December 2022. In addition to his academic achievements, Alapan has also gained valuable work experience at several companies. He co-founded his first startup, Porsio, which was based on a hyper-local e-commerce system. As a Product Developer, he was responsible for user experience and product design and was able to sign up over 50 local stores in Bhubaneswar in just one month. Alapan also worked as the Core Head at Alma Fiesta, where he was responsible for Design and Event Management during the fest. He created an effective strategy to improve the SEO ranking of the website and the social media platform of Alma Fiesta.
