Alberto Martins is an experienced education specialist with a passion for connecting people with knowledge to generate incredible results. With over 8 years of relevant experience, he has a strong background in knowledge management, instructional design, teaching/training, mentorship, and innovation. Currently, Alberto serves as an Education Specialist at Mulheres no Comando, where he is responsible for designing and delivering effective educational programs that empower women to succeed in leadership roles. Prior to his current role, Alberto worked as a Mentor and Educational Designer at Laevo, where he developed structured mentoring methods for startups and founders, facilitated mentoring sessions, and provided guidance to help entrepreneurs achieve their goals. He also founded the Instituto do Inédito, an organization that aims to improve people's lives by connecting them with knowledge. At the institute, he was responsible for designing instructional materials, developing educational methods, and writing texts, videos, and podcasts to facilitate learning. Alberto holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Anhanguera Educacional, a post-graduate degree in Furniture Design from the University of Minas Gerais, and a degree in Industrial Design from the same university. He is also a Senior Software Engineer and Designer, with a strong tech stack that includes skills in software engineering and design.
