Aldino Jazmi is a Senior Lead Product Manager at Tokopedia with over 10 years of relevant experience in the field. He has worked with both early-stage and unicorn-stage startups, and has extensive experience in launching products and leading cross-functional teams through the delivery of digital experiences for different industries and markets. Aldino is passionate about the use of data and understanding of companies and users to make decisions in the process of launching and scaling digital products. He has a track record of helping strategic initiatives, building something from zero to one, growth-hacking new products, improving user acquisition funnel, improving the customer journey, creating new revenue channels, reducing cost, resulting in significant funnel and business improvement. At Tokopedia, Aldino is currently leading the Product team and supporting the company's mission to democratize commerce through technology. He is responsible for building Tokopedia's Category Experience and Affiliate product ecosystem, including Category-wide experience (catalog, variant) and category-specific experiences such as phone trade-in, tokopedia salam (Muslim experience), and e-pharmacy. Previously, he also handled communication and media tribe (chat, notification center, and broadcast chat). Prior to Tokopedia, Aldino worked as a product manager in a venture builder and fintech startup. He thrives in rapidly growing, innovative organizations and is passionate about technology, product, and business. He is currently exploring web3 and blockchain technology. Apart from his work at Tokopedia, Aldino is also a Product Management Mentor at adplist, where he provides mentorship on product management, career, job search, interview, leadership, and mentorship. Aldino holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Indonesia and a Bachelor of Management in Business/Managerial Economics from Universitas Terbuka.
