- Filled multiple roles in Network Support end Engineering departments (Backend Engineers, Site Reliability, Network Support Engineers and Escalations Engineers)
- Lead D&I project with the goal to introduce D&I questions into the recruiter phone screen, and develop an evaluation rubric
- Lead Network Support intern hiring 2 years in a row, improved gender diversity from 0% female to >50% female in each cohort

newScale develops products and solutions that enable companies to select and deploy cloud services within their businesses, allowing them to initiate the provisioning of their own systems and infrastructure on an as-needed basis. The software helps companies track how much they are using IT services and how much it is costing them. 

As the first HR/TA hire in the Berlin team, I took on a variety of tasks:

- full-cycle recruitment (tech and business roles)
- rollout of ATS in the Berlin office (and coordination of the rollout in Helsinki and Copenhagen)
- admin (contracts, payroll, leave tracking)
- onboarding and offboarding
- improvement of processes (onboarding, offboaridng)
- compliance initiatives (implementation of GDPR-related changes in  HR admin and recruitment)
- collaboration with the Global Talent Acquisition team
- coordination of hiring for the Helsinki office

I also helped to onboard two senior HR team members for the Berlin office, leaving it in their experienced hands.

zeotap is a pioneer in unlocking the value of telco data for a smarter mobile world. The first to make telco data safely accessible to the advertising ecosystem, zeotap creates a long-awaited win-win-win situation for mobile carriers, advertisers and consumers alike. 

My responsibilities included:
- full-cycle recruiting (global: India, EMEA, US; tech and non-tech)
- managing external agencies (India, EMEA, US)
- HR admin (relocation, contracts, HRMS administration, payroll, sick leaves)
- ad-hoc projects (process optimization, employee surveys etc.)
- employer branding (wrote copy for monthly employee spotlight interviews)

Zeotap ID+ is a universal marketing ID initiative that paves the way for addressability in the cookieless future. Zeotap works with the world’s top brands including Virgin Media O2, Amazon, and Audi. 

Fyber is a leading advertising technology company that empowers app developers to execute smart ad monetization strategies across all connected devices through a unified mobile supply side platform. 

I was part of the Sourcing team and focused on identifying adtech professionals (in EMEA and China regions). One of the most interesting roles I worked on was identifying influencers and evangelists working in the mobile advertising space.
I also supported the HR operations team with BAU
