Alex Brodsky is a seasoned Engineer, Product Manager, and Innovation Executive with over 15 years of experience in leading multiple products from ideation to over $100m in revenue. He is the CEO and Founder of Iteright, a company that helps software product leaders de-risk product vision and focus on validated, revenue-driving opportunities. Alex has seen hundreds of products fail, and he believes that the biggest problem is that there is too much time and money being wasted on building the wrong things. He has learned how to de-risk ideas and improve the 90% failure rate of innovation today. His goal is to help organizations invest in the ideas that are most likely to win and avoid spending millions of dollars on risky opportunities. Alex's expertise lies in understanding and quantifying the business impact of technology opportunities. He uses Iteright's flexible innovation framework to validate market desire, business value, and operational feasibility to ensure money is being spent on the right opportunities. Prior to founding Iteright, Alex served as the Chief Product Officer at Finlistics Solutions, where he empowered sales teams to close bigger deals faster. He also worked as an Associate Operating Partner, Product & Technology Strategy at Orchid Black, a boutique advisory of former CEOs, CROs, CMOs, strategy execs, and board members. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer & Electrical Engineering from the University of Iowa. He has a relevant experience of 10.94 years and his tech stack includes product management.
