Alex C. is an accomplished Engineering Leader with over 13 years of relevant experience. Currently serving as the Cache Platform, Infrastructure Engineering Leader at Wayfair, Alex has a proven track record of delivering results and driving innovation within the tech industry. Prior to joining Wayfair, Alex worked at Apple as a Developer Technical Support member in the Worldwide Developer Relations team. During this time, Alex added new functionality to an internal content publishing tool and reviewed, tested, or resolved over 200 bugs for the same tool. Additionally, Alex updated more than 40 sample code projects to build correctly with iOS 4.0. Alex holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Exercise and Sports Science from Smith College, where they gained a comprehensive understanding of computer systems and software development.
