As Product Marketing Manager, Team Products, Alex put on a product marketing hat, but with an operations and growth twist. He conducted up-sell and cross-sell analysis to determine average deal size and revenue per user to inform new GTM strategy and pricing model, developed buyer personas and competitive battlecards using customer knowledge, internal stakeholder interviews, and research to enable content marketing, customers success, and sales. Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts in International & Development Economics from Emory University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Auburn University.
