Alex Leite is a high-energy senior executive with over 20 years of cross-functional experience in product, marketing, sales, business, and organizational management. He is currently the Senior Director at Microsoft, leading the Microsoft 365 Consumer Worldwide Sales & Marketing Management team. In this role, he is responsible for driving consumer sales and quality subscriber growth across 1st and 3rd party channels. Alex has a track record of success in building user experiences, with continuous ideation, experimentation, learning, and execution with data science, design, software development, marketing, and finance. He has held various leadership positions at Microsoft, including Principal PM Lead for Office 365 Product Engineering and Director of Product Management for Holistic Engagement & Monetization. In these roles, he led program management, marketing, sales, and business operations for Microsoft Connectivity Solutions, defined product strategy, commercial and consumer value proposition, business model, product development, go-to-market strategy and execution, sales, and operations. Alex's education includes an Executive Education degree from Harvard University in Leadership Decision Making, an MBA from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in Economics and Marketing, an Executive Education degree from Northwestern University in Kellogg on Marketing, and a Bachelor's degree in Social Communications from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing.
