Alex Roe is a highly skilled Product and Customer Success Lead at Cresta, a company that rapidly transforms Fortune 500 contact center agents into experts via real-time suggested responses, coaching, and workflow automations. With over 8 years of relevant experience, Alex has a proven track record of success in the tech industry. Prior to joining Cresta, Alex worked at Google, where he held positions such as Product Manager for Photos Search and Google Lens in Photos and Associate Product Manager for Google Search, where he was responsible for Knowledge Engine UX - the structured answers you see when you search e.g. “san francisco giants\". Alex holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he graduated in 2014. His technical skills include product management, AI, and search. Alex's expertise in product management, coupled with his experience in AI and search, makes him a valuable asset to any organization.
