Alex Tran is an experienced leader and technology evangelist who has a passion for bridging the gap between product, engineering, and management. With over 13 years of relevant experience, he has worked with some of the biggest names in the industry, including Grab, Lazada, and Fossil Group. Currently, he is serving as the Senior Product Manager for EarnMore & Challenge - Global at ShopBack, where he is responsible for the product lead for Earn-more domain across 9 markets. His focus areas include Challenge, Partnership, and Rewards. Prior to joining ShopBack, Alex served as the Country Product Head for Grab Vietnam, where he oversaw product management of four product lines, including Grab 2W, Grab 4W, Grab Food, and Grab Express. He was also a Technical Product Manager at Fossil Group, where he managed mobile apps across 14 brands of Fossil Smartwatch and was the product owner of product analytic platforms. Alex holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from Swinburne University of Technology, where he also completed his Bachelor of Science in Computing. He completed his high school education at Le Hong Phong High School for the Gifted in HCMC, Vietnam. Alex is a product manager with a strong focus on mobile technology. He is a skilled communicator and enjoys working with teams to help them thrive. He is passionate about being part of an awesome company culture where he can grow as a leader and a technologist.
