Alexander Engel is a highly motivated and accomplished individual who recently graduated with Honors from Cal Poly SLO with a major in Computer Science and minors in Data Science and Entrepreneurship. He is passionate about learning, planning, and achieving, and has a natural talent for working with large systems and small details. Currently working as a Software Engineer at Workday, Alexander has gained valuable experience in the field of software engineering. Prior to this, he worked as a Software Development Engineer Intern at Workday and as a Software Intern at Brooks Automation. These experiences have allowed him to develop a broad skill set and a deep understanding of the software development process. Alexander's education history is equally impressive. He holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from California State Polytechnic University, where he maintained an excellent academic record. He also attended Berean Christian High School, where he achieved a 4.21 Cumulative GPA. In terms of technical skills, Alexander is proficient in software engineering and data science. He has experience working with a variety of programming languages and tools, including Java, Python, SQL, and Git. He is also well-versed in software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum. With over three years of relevant experience, Alexander is a valuable asset to any team.
