In a sales development role my day-to-day focused on prospecting and researching companies. After initial preparation, I reached out, via phone calls and email, to learn more about prospect's challenges & goals to ensure HubSpot's platform would solve for their current needs.

Under Investment Services, I worked to improve the Business Continuity Program where I revised and streamlined the Crisis Management System, as well as its corresponding Strategic Business Plans. These plans include alternate procedures to ensure resiliency against unforeseen interruptions to operational functions of the business. Back Office locations I worked with include London, Pittsburgh, Orlando, Poland, Everett, and India.

I interacted with customers in a friendly and efficient manner; taking their in-house, catering, and to-go orders. I also maintained several operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing.

I managed commercial property invoices from tenants and vendors in order to help daily operations and logistics run smoothly. I also regularly reached out to vendors through phone calls and emails in order to update Transwestern's information.

I participated in the drafting of proposals for clients with my team, using PMAPS software. These proposals include detailed information about the firm and its investment process. I often collaborated with several other team members to complete projects in a timely manner. 

I also assisted in the creation of surveys with the Digital Analytics Lead in Marketing Research, where I was able to quickly learn the software in order to create surveys that produced helpful results to staff.
