Alexandre Spengler is an accomplished product leader, content creator, and entrepreneur with over 14 years of experience in various areas of information technology. He has worked in almost all areas of the digital product development cycle, including support, infrastructure, quality assurance, engineering, and product management. Alexandre has a special interest in early-stage startups, new products, SaaS businesses, and the concepts and methodologies related to Entrepreneurship, Product-Market Fit, Customer Experience, Artificial intelligence, International Expansion, Product Management, and Leadership. Currently, Alexandre is the Head of Product at Birdie, an early-stage Artificial Intelligence SaaS startup focused on helping product teams build successful products. Leading the Product Management and Design organizations, his main goal is to help the company find the Product-Market Fit. Prior to this, he was the Product Director at Hotmart, a unicorn company that promotes entrepreneurship and education by offering a complete solution for those who create and promote digital products. As Director of Product Management, Alexandre contributed significantly to the growth of the PM team, reorganized the Product Ops structure and the product development processes, defined the Product Strategy for the following year in partnership with the Corporate Strategy team, and helped the company improve the Product Management culture. Alexandre's experience also includes serving as the Chief Product Officer at Stilingue, a B2B Artificial Intelligence SaaS startup that enables LATAM's Enterprises to get marketing and customer insights from Social Media to improve their businesses, products, and services. As CPO, he led the Product Management & Design organizations and helped the company change from a Sales-driven culture to a more Product-Driven culture. Alexandre holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina. He is skilled in product management, quality assurance, and infrastructure.
