Alfiya Khan is a highly skilled Software Developer with 4.86 years of relevant experience. Currently working at Infosys, she has previously worked at Anakage as a Software Engineer and as an Intern at Bhat Biotech P Ltd. During her tenure at Bhat Biotech, Alfiya was exposed to specific research problems which helped her learn problem handling, enhanced her troubleshooting capabilities and sharpened her analytical skills with advancements in technical skills like Cell culture, Molecular and recombinant biology, Downstream processing and Immunology. She has also conducted research into various areas such as signaling pathway of Interleukin 6 and its receptor molecule for therapeutic target in autoimmune diseases like Rheumatoid Arthritis, production of various viral antigens for preparation of diagnostic kits, development of monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies, and preparation of affinity resins and columns for purification of various proteins and antibodies. Alfiya holds a Master's degree in Biotechnology from VIT and a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Chemistry & Zoology from Barkatullah University. She also completed her Intermediate studies in Biology, Physics, and Chemistry from Carmel Convent Senior Secondary School in India.
