Ali Malak is a seasoned Business and Technology Consultant with over 12 years of experience in Omni Channel Commerce implementation for Retail Industry. He is currently working as a Lead Consultant at Infosys and has previously worked as a Senior Consultant and Consultant in the same company. Ali's expertise lies in executing Sterling Commerce, Sterling Order Management and Sterling Warehouse management application suites for retail houses. He is responsible for gathering and eliciting requirements, understanding the As Is and To Be processes, and capturing the integration touchpoints. Ali also prepares high-level integration architecture and identifies P2P touchpoints. His experience includes process mapping, fit gap analysis, and data mapping for To-Be processes.
