Currently, he serves as the Vice President of Engineering at Motive, a company that provides software solutions for the telecommunications industry. Ali's expertise lies in building and leading high-performing engineering teams that deliver innovative solutions. He has a proven track record of success in managing complex projects and implementing cutting-edge technologies. At Jobvite, he held multiple leadership positions, including Chief Technology Officer, Head of Engineering & Ops, and Chief Architect. During his tenure at Jobvite, Ali played a pivotal role in transforming the company's technology infrastructure. He led the migration from datacenter to the AWS Cloud, established system design practices for cloud-native and well-architected principles, and evolved legacy monolithic applications into services and microservices based architecture.
