Ali Yousaf is an experienced Head of Talent Acquisition at Chainlink Labs with a passion for innovative technology and helping companies build out teams that will deliver game-changing technologies. With almost a decade of relevant experience, Ali has developed a keen eye for identifying and attracting top talent across various roles including engineering, security, product, research, data, and analytics. Ali's expertise in talent acquisition is built on a solid foundation of education, including a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown. His education has provided him with a deep understanding of human behavior and organizational development, which has been instrumental in his success as a talent acquisition leader. In his current role as Head of Talent Acquisition at Chainlink Labs, Ali leads an awesome team that is focused on hiring top talent in the tech industry. He is responsible for building out the company's talent acquisition strategy, identifying top talent, and ensuring that Chainlink Labs is able to attract and retain the best people in the industry. Prior to joining Chainlink Labs, Ali served as Tech Recruiting Manager at the same company where he led a team that hired for engineering, security, product, research, data, and analytics roles. Before that, he was Recruiting Manager at Meta where he led a couple of different recruiting teams focused on hiring for roles across the AR/VR org including software engineering, hardware, product, and research science. Ali learned about hiring at scale, leadership, and building something before it exists (the Metaverse) during his time at Meta. Aside from his work, Ali enjoys reading, running, playing basketball, and rooting for all Philly sports teams. He is a Research Scientist with a passion for innovation and a strong desire to make a positive impact in the tech industry.
