- Identify and lead implementation of practices & processes that optimize quality and delivery efficiency whole reducing technical debt for the client account, especially when the status quo is not sufficient.

- Implement frontend tech strategies for a given product & train the team in frontend development

- Created scripts and projects on the backend to orchestrate data flow between various microservices. NodeJS stack w/ Apollo GraphQL, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, PostgreSQL, Google Cloud Pub/Sub.
- Helped solve critical bugs in the frontend.
- Reviewed and contributed to internal libraries.

- Built front end functionality for an eCommerce website using ReactJS, Redux and React Router.
- Implemented API endpoints for the back end.
