Alik Garai is a passionate and quick-learning software developer currently working at SAP as a Full Stack Engineer. With over 6.78 years of relevant experience, Alik has a knack for learning new technologies and loves to code while prioritizing quality and performance. At SAP, Alik is responsible for building cloud ERP applications for SAP S/4 HANA using ODATA RESTful API on SAP Cloud Platform powered by SAP S/4 HANA. He has also built a conversational chatbot for operational purchaser using SAP Conversational AI built on recast.ai. Alik has worked in frameworks like SAP UI5 using JavaScript, XML, JSON, jQuery and ABAP for backend and has ensured data security by deploying DCL (Data Control Language). He follows Agile Scrum based test-driven development, with Continuous Integration and delivery, and has worked on tools like Jenkins, GIT, and JIRA. Alik completed his Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Information Technology from MIT College of Engineering in 2016. Prior to that, he completed his 12th CBSE Board in Mathematics and Computer Science from Army Public School, Kirkee, in 2012 and his 10th CBSE Board in Science from Army Public School, Kirkee, in 2010.
