Alik Sarkar is a highly skilled and motivated Software Development Engineer with a passion for developing scalable, reliable, and resilient solutions in Cloud Computing. He is currently working at Microsoft, where he has designed and developed the Auto Capture Feedback Infra of Auto Capture Service in Dynamics365. Alik has demonstrated his expertise in the field by using Azure Cosmos, Azure table storage, and Azure Service Fabric to create a standalone POC along with High Level Design and Low Level Design of the feature. He is also well-versed in Microservice architecture and Service details. Before joining Microsoft, Alik gained valuable experience as a Summer Research Intern at MCNRG, where he worked on a comparison-based quantitative analysis of Twitter-based data for finding influential nodes in a graphical network. He also created high-level visualizations of 2018 CPCB Delhi-pollution datasets and used Modified T-Rank algorithm to find the most influential nodes in a social network. Alik's technical skills include Software Engineering, ML, Azure, infra, Microservices, Python, and Research Science. He is a quick learner and has a strong understanding of computational geometry and graph traversal algorithms. He has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from NIT Durgapur. With 2.86 years of relevant experience, Alik is a highly motivated and dedicated professional who is always eager to learn and grow. He is a self-motivated individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
