Alina Metzelaar is an experienced Engineering Manager and Backend Engineer with over 12 years of development and 3 years of management experience. Currently, she is serving as the Engineering Manager at Uber, where she is leading the Earnings Experience team. Alina is responsible for project and tech lead for on-demand cashouts, Ring0 Incident Commander, and reliability champion. Before joining Uber, Alina worked as an Engineering Manager/Architect at informzaschita, where she managed a team of backend/frontend engineers, QA, and DevOps engineers.
