Aline holds a Master's Degree focused on Information Technology from Carnegie Mellon University, where she honed her skills and knowledge in the field. Currently, Aline works as a Software Engineer at Hence Technologies, an enterprise software company that uses data and AI to empower companies to take control of their consulting and legal relationships. Her role involves developing software solutions that help companies explore, evaluate, and negotiate better with their consultants and lawyers. She is also responsible for conducting demos and pilots of the software. Prior to Hence Technologies, Aline worked as a Systems Manager at RCS Global Group, where she was in charge of developing a Network Monitoring and Management Tool. She also built a web application that monitors and controls self-service terminals (SSTs) like ATMs from different banks, offering efficiency in the banks' services and removing queues from the ATMs. She also worked as a Software Developer at Wiredin Rwanda, where she was responsible for building web applications from different clients and training new employees on the frameworks in use. Aline's technical skills include Software Engineering, AI, and Web development. Her education history includes a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering and Software Engineering from the University of Rwanda and a Master's Degree in Information Technology from Carnegie Mellon University Africa.
