Alisha Rath is a highly skilled software engineer with over 5 years of experience in the industry. Currently working at Fidelity Investments, Alisha has a creative attitude towards problem-solving and has been recognized as "The most notable contributor" in her team. She has reduced the time to market by about 65% by configuring on-boarding of products to the platform and creating a user interface and automated test suites. Alisha has also worked on database problems using Oracle for SSN remediation purposes and has been nominated for representing her team as a full-stack developer. She completed the cloud certification for developer associate course on her first attempt and attended GIDS conferences held in Bangalore in April 2019. During her training period in Fidelity, Alisha showed notable work while working on blockchain projects like conversion of transactions of transfer agent to blockchain ledger. She is proficient in AWS services, creating CI/CD pipelines, and using EMS queue in system HA/DR scenarios. She has also worked on creating alarms and auto-rehydration of AWS resources, cache manager for increasing efficiency, and REST API creation. Alisha has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur.
